“After the el mirador trek I stayed at hotel Santana and it was a very pleasant surprise. Excellent staff and the room was clean and beautiful with a great view. The restaurant below was very good also. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Very nice. ”

“This property is in the park and so you can get to the entrance by 6am when they open. The grounds are lovely as you are in the tropical forest. The first night we were there we heard howler monkeys close by and saw a Toucan (wild) and many birds. The hotel is supposedly run entirely on solar power, although that’s not something I could verify. But kudos to them. The room was very spacious for my son and I and so was the bathroom. The second night a troop of spider monkeys went by. What more can……

“The hotel was great. Conveniently located within the ruins. Clean, great food and great staff. I left my tablet on the plane that was 2hrs away and the hotel staff arranged a pick up for me that saved my trip. I loved everything about this place! ”

My daughters (8 and 10) ranked it in their top 3 hotels they have visited because they had so much fun, especially in the lake and pool. Very recommended.”

“2 night stay in Flores, staff were very helpful and helped with bags, our questions and taxi to the airport. We had the very top room with a great view over the water and our own spiral staircase! The town is small so easy to walk around and get everywhere from here. ”
