“The toilet has some problem and make noise. The upper floor was not quiet for my room. I can hear the sound clearly from other room. I would not recommend this hotel to my friend.”

“The rooms had everything you would need and spacious, that’s more comfortable. Staff was eager to meet your needs good location because of accessibility to freeway and side roads what I did not like was the breakfast I would prefer a restaurant or the ability for them to make the food there instead of premade food. You can tell that it was not freshly made. They did have fruit options along with breads which was the safer route. If you’re gluten free, you may have one other option besides fruit.……

“We've stayed at this property three times. The only problem this last day was that we were given an ADA room for some reason. We should have requested a switch as there were plenty of open cabins such as ours, so that was our fault. However the Ada room lacks some amenities such as a place to hang clothes and or coats, the shower makes a mess, and one of the thermostats seem to function poorly causing the bedroom to heat up. That being said I would stay here again. A lesson for everyone……

“The suite was overall excellent. But the cleaning could of been better. The soap and body wash dispenser was almost empty. The shower was a bit covered with dirt & dust/hair/fur particles. I had prebooked online letting the company know beforehand that I had 4 other guests with me. So I should of had the same number of towels and wash cloths for me and my guest. We had to beg for more towels because they were very stict on it. The breakfast buffet was a let down. Not many option for breakfast.……

“The room was clean and comfortable except that the wall unit air conditioner was noisy. Also the nature of most wall units is that when the cool cycle turns on, it delivers a blast of cold air. Therefore, the air temperature throughout the room is uneven… too cold next to the unit (which is where the bed is) and warmer farther away. ”
