“Overall we had a very unpleasant stay there because there are many (thousands) ants in the room. Everywhere from night stand to bathroom. When we complained about this, we didn't receive room-change service or complete/partial refund. Considering how much it costed, I rated the stay as the worst experience ever in my life. ”

“We had to report bugs and roaches in our room. The staff was nice but we had to use our own money to wash our sheets. Everywhere was sold out for sports tournament but management needs to atleast keep a c rated in cleanliness. ”

“There’s low frequency noise from the electric room. Can barely sleep during the nigh. After investigation with the engineer team, they find me room to switch. It seems to be an unfixable problem and the only solution is to find a room far away the electric room which are very few available. Very good services from the front desk. ”

“I loved how clean it was and the breakfast was wonderful. I did not like that you could not get a travel agent rate once again as this was my third time trying in a yr. The washroom in 532 smells really musky and it is not a good smell. Staff is great, kind and professional. My stay in total was May 15-22 thank you Marla Gallant mgallant@expediacruises.com ”
