“Just a little bit old. Consider the price, it’s a really good hotel”

“We loved our stay! The pool was great for the kids and we loved that dinner & breakfast were included. ”

“The hotel was in a great, safe location and conveniently situated on a direct route to the zoo. The rooms were bright and clean, and the staff was very friendly throughout our stay. The only downside was that, due to the holiday weekend, the hotel seemed unprepared for breakfast service, and there was no water on the 5th floor. Not much they can do about the water but If I were in management, knowing these issues arose on the first night and that there wasn’t enough staff, I would have gone out……

“Love the breakfast, plenty of options to ch from.”

“Clean room, nice bed, easy check in. However, the food service was OK. Breakfast was minimal, the coffee machine was broken so I was given luke-warm coffee, no tea available, and only one person working the counter after 8am. ”

“Four Points by Sheraton in Poloaris was a nice place to stay. The room was clean and the staff is friendly. I was a bit disappointed that the EV charger listed on Expedia was not available (there is one Tesla charger but no Level 2 charger for J-1772). Overall I would recommend it, but if you are choosing it for the charger you may want to look elsewhere.”

“Enjoyed our stay and the front desk was very helpful in giving us directions on rental car return and the hotel shuttle service. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars (and not 5) is the breakfast. We paid $13 per person for a continental breakfast buffet in which sausage was gross (cold and overly fatty) and the toasting machine burns the toast. I expect more for that price. I've had much, much better 'free' breakfasts from lower end hotels. ”
