“Staff was extremely friendly and so very welcoming and helpful. Tyrone-the night desk employee was very helpful, assisted with the heat in our room that I didn’t know how to work. He also was very nice to my grandkids. The pool and jacuzzi area were very clean and well stocked with towels!
