“Quick visit but staff was great”

“I stayed here because I wanted something within walking distance of the Bank of America Stadium for a concert I was attending. It was about a 20 minute walk and along the way there's a bunch of other places fairly close thay you can check out! The room was very clean and it was quiet. The only noise i reallly heard was the Charlotte Metro running but even that noise kind of faded in the background. The staff were all friendly and there was valet parking available so you didnt have to worry about……

“The bathroom had hair, the toilet wasn't cleaned properly, and the most unbelievable part was finding a discarded T-shirt on the chair in the room!!”

“Very loud! The elevator was broken but they didn’t call me before we checked in,just asked me if we don’t accept it they can redound for me. Omg, it was 11pm, where u wanted me to go!”
