“The hotel is in a great location, close to the outlets, downtown, and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, our room and the hotel were clean, and I loved the hot tub and fire pit. It's super cute that they have s'mores supplies at the front desk, for the kids to make on the fire pit in the evenings. I've stayed here a few times now and will definitely be staying again.”

“We enjoyed our four day stay to the Fox Ridge resort, though it does appear this resort has started to become more rundown compared to the years prior that we have visited. The customer service was excellent, there was always a smile when we were greeted, and a thorough explanation upon our check-in of all the amenities available. We would definitely stay here again, though I hope they consider replacing the carpet to an easier to clean flooring in the future! That would certainly help improve……

“We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. ”

“The apartment was larger than a motel room. The kitchen was well equipped. The unit was very clean and conveniently located. The queen bed mattress was okay for my wife but too soft for me. The futons would work for small children but not for adults.”

“My kids and I had a blast at the Old Field House. Rod and Linea have put a lot of thought into the details - the hot breakfast, the pool towels, the game room, the fire pit with s’mores in the evenings… This is such a cute little property that’s close enough to everything to be convenient but far enough away to afford the peace and quiet we all seek on vacation. We hope to visit again!”

“The property is part of a small development in the woods. It has a homey atmosphere inside; the kitchen is well-stocked. Everything was clean. Clearly the main intent of the home is for skiers; However North Conway (and the White Mountains) are beautiful year round with a lot to do in the summer. My one complaint is that it was a bit hot on the second floor, and there are no air conditioners. Also, we were unaware that we would need to turn the water on in the house upon arrival, and we checked……
