“The hotel was great. The room was large and immaculate. Comfortable bed and well appointed kitchen. Great walkable location to lots of restaurants and shopping. Really need to commend the staff here. All were friendly and helpful. Mariah was a stand out. We appreciated her bubbly and accomodating personality. She got us checked in early which was so appreciated. Every single staff person we interacted with was a 10. Thank you. ”

“They overbook It and promise give refund. But they don't give me back the money. And terrible service. So slow transfer us to another hotel at 1 am. The staff don't show any sorry！”

“convenient location. Room was adequate. All amenities were adequate. Solo Front desk agent was working looong hours. but did it with a smile and great attitude. Give her a raise, people! It looks like some upgrades to the flooring are needed in common areas. Breakfast was adequate. ”
