“Nice Hotel but since price doubled, last Feb we paid about $100/ni, now $200/ni off season, will go back to Grand Cayman Resort about half the price. We liked being able to charge our EV on the 4th & above floors at Avista but the $10 in KWH energy usage didn't offset the huge price increase.”

“I like that is clean and vey nice; however, I don' like that you have to wait whether you wan or not to hear about their sale pitch to buy share time mortgage. Sometimes is 5 minutes or 15 minutes and after hour on the road that's the last thing anyone wants to deal with.”

“The Penthouse was absolutely beautiful. The accommodations such as floor plan, comfort and booking process was 5 🌟s. We were a family of eight adults who had plenty of space with a perfect ocean view. Everything we needed was there. Garage parking with security 24/7 was icing on a perfect cake. The executive booking staff was very professional, friendly and patience. The ‘evening’ security guy was professional, helpful with recommendations and most importantly friendly. I hope it will be……
