“Building needs updating. It took a long time to get hot water. Staff were really nice. Off season so it was nice and quiet.”

“Nice Hotel but since price doubled, last Feb we paid about $100/ni, now $200/ni off season, will go back to Grand Cayman Resort about half the price. We liked being able to charge our EV on the 4th & above floors at Avista but the $10 in KWH energy usage didn't offset the huge price increase.”

“The unit was disgusting. The walls had chucks of missing paint and stains all over. The bedding was old, yellowed and stained. Mattresses were stained and ripped. The furniture was wrecked, stained, broken and the lamps didn’t work. Ac had a moldy odor. I would not stay here again if it was free.”

“I like that is clean and vey nice; however, I don' like that you have to wait whether you wan or not to hear about their sale pitch to buy share time mortgage. Sometimes is 5 minutes or 15 minutes and after hour on the road that's the last thing anyone wants to deal with.”
