“The staff was amazing from start to finish. The only recommendation I would have is to use less space for the concierge parking and give hotel guests more of an option. I was there for 5 days and had to park very far away from the entrance. Also, the valet is just that a valet only . . . never said can I help you with a bag etc. Having to park far away meant I had to leave my bags at the door go park and come back. I was told by the valet - I am parking only....”

“Too bad they are demolishing this Hotel, it was by far one of the best hotels we have stayed in. We loved being so close to the beach and being able to walk to the Pier. The environment was great. If they decide to demolish and just renovate, we will be back.”
