“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. “This place is awesome. Everything appears new even the keurig coffee maker! Beds were the best i ever slept in. Very quiet, very clean and John at the front desk was professional and humorous. “It was very clean. Very neat pretty upscale. If I was to go by just how clean it was, it'd be excellent. The breakfast was delicious. They had plenty of different things to eat for breakfast. Waffle bar toast, ham, eggs, bacon sausage you name it. I enjoyed my stay.”
