“The location of this hotel is excellent and we had a lovely quite room at the front of the hotel which is in a lovely tree lined residential street but only a few minutes walk to 5th Avenue. We stayed at 5 hotels (Including two other Opal Collection Hotels) in our 3 week stay in South Florida and this hotel was definitely the best.”

“Staff was very nice and helpful suggestions for breakfast nearby. Hotel and room was clean. Pool area was nice and liked the hot jets on whirlpool. Nice touch to have towels available at the pool.”

“This Hotel should be condemned by the health department. The bedroom walls are ripped open, carpet filthy, toilet never scrubbed under bowl rim, bedding looks tired. Just disgusting and I was held hostage by their policy of forfeiting my $300/night deposit if I walked. I hope I don't get sick from the filth.”
