“Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these……

“The hotel is beautiful and the staff so friendly. Very clean and well maintained. Everything was great except I didn’t like that you have to pay $14 a night for parking . If you book a room and not just go to an event at the convention center you should get a voucher to wave the parking fee . ”

“The pool was dirty with lots of scum on the walls and floating debris the worst was the little turds at the floor of the pool. The whole thing needs to be drained and power washed. GROSS!!”

“The hotel is beautiful. Check in a breeze with 2 friendly receptonists who welcomed me as a Hilton Honors Member. The hotel was listed as Pet Friendly. It was a late reservation so paid in full with non refundable payment. Then I was told the dog fee was $75. The room rate was $121. $75 dollars is outrageous and I'll stay away from Hilton pet friendly Hotels from now on. ”
