“We enjoyed our stay and were quite happy with the location of the hotel. Our two main negatives were: 1) No hot water in sink or shower 2) common areas like stairs and halls were a bit dirty. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of easy and safe parking. It was a very reasonable distance to get to Newport. I would consider staying here again. ”

“The location was great and the room was clean and quiet. We liked the equipment in the room and the designated parking spot. Everything would be perfect if there were no smell of weed from the other room at night. It's just our preference, and we know this is a non-smoking hotel.
