“A wonderful last minute family getaway at the beach. We were so impressed to find the perfect place to stay for a few nights, with gorgeous ocean views, plenty of space with bedrooms on multiple levels, fully equipped with everything we needed, and lots of unexpected bonuses such as lawn games, a big fire pit, and an outdoor shower. The house was so clean, beds were all new and comfy, and loved the big table outside for family dinner. Ann Marie is an excellent host. The reservation, check in……

“We had a fantastic stay. Michelle is an incredibly gracious and available host. The house easily fit our group of six plus frequent guests. Thanks for a great week! ”

Quiet neighborhood and close to many restaurants and ice cream places. Scarborough South Beach also close by. Benny’s Clam Shack right up the street with excellent seafood. I will definitely be back.”

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
