“After checking in, I found that there were a large area of dirty marks on the sheets in the arranged room. Unexpectedly, I didn't change the new sheets, so I had to ask to change the room! The second is that there is a difference between the charge and the order price. It is obviously more charged, and there is no email reply to the specific standard fee! The location is average and the charge is high, and you can only choose to pay for breakfast! The experience is very bad.”

“The desk crew were very helpful. The proximity to PPG Paints arena was about 0.7 miles from the property on 5th. Walkable to sites and restaurants. A CVS store is very close as well. Appreciate having to swipe the key for elevator access and door access during later hours. A few housekeeping issues: there were crumbs on the couch and the cushion was backwards. The bathroom floor didn’t appear to be moped thoroughly. Stickers on the ceiling above the bed. The coffee pot had old coffee in it.……

“My husband and I were happily impressed with this Residence Inn. We were expecting a standard room with queen bed and walked into a suite, complete with kitchen & sitting area/small den and the bed in a separate room. It's an awesome arrangement!”
