“The cleaness of hotel is extremely poor. We just stay one night but we found at least four cockroach in the room! They appeared on the bed,wall and above the refrigerator! It is a terrible experience. I do not recommend this for anyone. The bathroom is also very small and the another worse thing is there is no hot waterfor bathing! I believe hot water and cleaness is basic requirement for hotel. The Cliff House really disappoint me.”

“We felt comfortable and relaxed during nine day stay. The environment is quiet. Although the location is situated in Spring Hill, it takes only 10 mins walking to the City - Central Station and King George Square. ”
