“The Mermaid was perfect for us; clean, well equipped, great location to Siesta Key Beach (4-5 minute walk), heated pool, they supply beach chairs - umbrella - beach towels - wagon. It had everything you need. The Siesta Key Island Rental team were outstanding to deal with, from start to finish their communication was perfect. We will be back! ”

“The team at the INN take such care and pride. Everything is prestige condition, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor amenities for pool and beach. Our cabana was a little smaller so I would get the 3br next time for the space. 5STAR!”

“Just want to provide a few words of advice to future guests: Although there is a coffee maker, its a Keurig so you'll need to buy kcups (we brought ground coffee). Minor issue: you may also need to BYO salt and pepper shakers, but perhaps by the time you are reading this previous guests will have left them behind. To be fair, the list of "what to bring" is clear that nothing is provided, so it might be best to check-in first, then go grocery shopping! ”

“This condo is amazing! The walk to the huge public beach is an easy ten minutes. Driving there is about three and parking at the beach is ample and free. The condo parking spot is directly in front of the unit and you have multiple points of entry. The unit is in a super convenient part of the building with laundry/trash right outside the interior hallway door. The pool/grill area is a very short walk through the inside of the building. The condo is large and the kitchen has everything you need.……

“Everything was perfect. The house was super clean and very well decorated. Full kitchen with all the pots, utensils, and cups you may need. Location is perfect, the beach is gorgeous! They really invested on excellent mattress, best sleep I have ever had.”

“The condo was magnificent and just as described. The view was awesome from the balcony. We ate every meal out there. Only thing we could say was a negative is that the floor wasn't very clean. Couldn't walk around barefoot. Very relaxing and fun stay. Made lots of memories. ”
