“Very clean and the staff was amazing at making our stay comfortable.”

“The staff was incredibly friendly and the check-in process went really smooth. The capped wires under the HVAC in the room were a bit surprising and the lack of hot water when I wanted a shower was a let-down. The bed was comfortable and we were grateful to have a place close to the airport, though we could've done without someone setting the in-room alarm to go off at 2:45am... All in all, we like Comfort Inns and will continue to use them, even though sometimes there are some surprises. ”

“明明预订的是图片上的酒店，但实际上过去被告知并非这家而是对面那家，其实环境差不多，但是提供的信息图片并不准确，两家酒店在一起，图片用错了。对面就是一个很大的 奥特莱斯，但是税点也不低8.25%左右。只有波士顿有一家免税的东西也特别便宜。”

“Everything was good except the body wash was empty in the shower and the lotion was empty in the bathroom. I typically travel with these items but it was a quick one night stay so I did not pack my own.”
