“I was woken up in my sleep. There was no Do Not Disturb sign outside, but they still opened your door. I was scared to death.”

“For a business trip overnight, was a perfect place and location. Easy access to downtown, right off Harry Hines Blvd, easy entry and parking in parking garage a PLUS. Did not use any facilities, room just a bit dated but comfortable enough for the price just to be downtown!”

“We are not wheelchair bound, but were put in a room for wheelchairs (fine), but please put a mirror over the sinks in wheelchair rooms if those not in wheelchairs are going to be placed in those rooms. The mirror was on the opposite wall and so was the electrical outlet, My wife had all of her toiletries sitting on the commode while using the mirror. Very inconvenient. Also throw those white paper style coffee cups away forever. With Coffee they will burn the hand. Terrible cups !”

“The hotel is under renovation, but no information was shown on Hotels.com web pages. So we live in a construction site.”
