“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled. 4. Next to the Peña station,……

“I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Inn Downtown Denver! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the room was perfect and clean, housekeeping were very quick and I truly appreciated them cleaning around my belongings instead of moving them. The area is wonderful and easy to walk to a bunch of locations! 10/10 I will definitely keep Hilton into consideration for future stays! ”
