“The people working at the hotel were very friendly and the service was very good. It is a large resort with a ton of things to do, and the offseason room rate was very reasonable but keeping up with maintenance appears to be challenging. The front door to our room wasn't working. However because it was a one bedroom unit., it had a second entrance so that didn't really inconvenience us. ”

“The place was kept very clean and all the employees were very polite and helpful. The suite had a small but very useful kitchen and real dishes and dishwasher. The only problem we had in the room was the bathroom shower had very little pressure so it took longer to wash my hair. The fans in hotel bathrooms don’t usually work as well but this one wasn’t to bad. The breakfast buffet had a large selection but it never varied. “We evacuated from St Petersburg to this place it was a great safe haven. ”

“So what I wish is that the text I sent about lowering the air-conditioning would have been replied to. It would’ve been a little comforting that’s all. Everything was clean and nice. The only thing I would definitely change would be the toilet height. I have a very bad knee and getting up and down from there is tough. There are many people out there. Also have a problem with that height. I would definitely stay there again.”

“The location of the property is excellent. We could sit all day on the back porch relaxing watching the water. Easy walk to downtown Stuart or drive to the beach. If you are looking for a place to slow down and really enjoy the area I highly recommend this property. ”

“I booked this and called because I never received information on checking in. They wouldn’t accommodate my stay because it wasn’t booked two days before. Also tried to charge me multiple times. Each time I spoke with someone new about being charged and even with that I still received text message about being charged, ”
