“Enjoyed our stay. Very nice hotel. Front desk not too friendly and coffee was definitely not good. Way too strong and bitter. Hotel had two different sides and was not informed which side elevators were on when we arrived. ”

“Upon arrival, the greeting was as if we were priority guest. Our stay was wonderful! The entire staff was professional, pleasantly kind, and very tentative to our needs. Especially, service of the valet attendants who promptly retrieved and parked our vehicle. The property is in the heart of downtown, walking distance, close to many attractions and restaurants. We want to thank Embassy Suites Charleston, SC for our memorable first time experience. We look forward to returning and perhaps making……
