“I really loved the property besides maybe the rooms being a little small everything else was top notch. My only complaint is with Expedia during the check in process to a different hotel that was a 4 star hotel with better amenities. Somehow the hotel didn’t receive my stay and was turned away and had to settle with a 3 star hotel cause my family was tired. But hotel wise I say 4 stars. Expedia 2 stars”

“The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of thier way to make our stay great! We enjoyed swimming in the pool each evening. The location was perfect. We would definitely stay again.”

“Beautiful view from every room and convenient location… everything in the Charleston area is within 20 minutes drive. Shuttle provided if you prefer. Restaurant is the draw on the 15th floor and parking is full in the evening as a result. Price is the best in the area for what you receive. Unfortunately, it is a dated hotel and not always well covered up. Pool and fitness area show their age and the rooms lack detail. This was probably amazing 30 years ago, now it’s ok. Biggest problem is the……

“The room was clean, updated, staff was friendly, and our stay was overall a good experience. I only lowered my rating to 4 stars because the pool was out of commission after our first day, the view from our high floor window was of dumpsters only, and I do not like the frosted glass bathroom door for a family hotel stay. If one person goes to the bathroom in the night, the light is bright enough to wake everyone else up!”
