“The room was nice, clean and spacious. The service and amenities were fantastic. The view was of a carpark and other buildings, making the room quite dark which made it a little depressing to spend a lot of time in. ”

“Staff are very nice and helpful. However, it would be better to let guests know the hotel is under renovation in advance.”

“Called the night before arr to book a car park..the night manager said that he penciled me down for the last car park (20 nzd per night). Arr the next day, after 4 hours of driving.. the receptionist said the car park was fully booked and my name wasn't on the list. Was not happy abt this experience at all.. There were little pieces of rubbish on the bathroom floor when we enter the room. However, the breakfast was good.”

“The room is too small, not very comfortable, the staff is good, and very convenient, opposite the supermarket, there are many places to eat around, it is easy to go to the city center, it is very convenient to go to the airport”

“The bedding was clean and they provided soap and 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner towels and a bathmat. The only downside was no facecloth or handtowel. And the milk that had been left in the fridge wasn't any good because the power switch was off. The room was a lil noisy koz of like a air extracter going 24-7 but other then that we didnt find it bad. Its great due to affordability. ”
