“Always a great stay. The staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel and property are always clean and well kept. Easy access and great rooms. Breakfast is always very good and fresh. This is my top location to stay when in town. ”

“I reserved accessible room and apparently I reserved for hearing impaired rather than for physically impaired. Based on a conversation with a front desk employee regarding my specific requests they knew I reserved wrong type room for my needs. Absolutely no one said anything to me by message, phone call or at check in. I had a physically challenged 85 year old with me and asked for minimal walk from elevator and room was at end almost of a long hallway, I asked for bench seat for the TUB and got……

“We had a great time in our room at the retreat. Very quiet and peaceful and relaxing. Very close to Burgess falls where we wanted to go. They are pet friendly so I was able to have my dogs with me which really helped put my mind at ease. I will absolutely be coming back! ”
