The M club and evening Bartender was friendly and accommodating and had great customer service - made us feel welcomed evening the late evening e were still there with friends. Room was clean however the room smelled like smoke although it was a nonnsmoking room was my only complaint. Otherwise this would have been a 4 star rating. ”

“This place is one of our favorites. The location is sensational, the views are tremendous. The hotel is elite, so stylish and hip, the happy hour is crazy!!! The staff is second to none. Adan was memorable with his help and expertise. The valet staff equally diligent and quick to serve. This is an absolute recommend.”

“I couldn't believe that the billing system of a 5-star hotel could have such a low-level error. The hotel can enjoy meals for $30 per day after paying a $35 destination fee. I had breakfast around 10 on the check out day, which should have been included as free, but the hotel charged for the full amount. In my first call with them, I strongly stated that it was an error. And the staff just made me wait, claiming they didn't charge extra fee. But the fact is that they charged extra and didn't……

“The suite is selected for extra money, but the bathroom bathtub is stained a lot, and the bathtub cannot be used, which is different from the jacuzzi in the picture.”
