“I should have known it was too good to be true. I booked this on Feb. 6 2025 for a stay in March, the 11th through the 16th. I never received any information or communication from the property before our stay, as on the sight I was supposed to get an email 72 hours before arrival. They were not available the night we got there, at midnight, so we had to find another place to stay. The next morning I called the phone number to the property. I was told they would find my reservation and call me……

“This booking is a SCAM! Do not waste your time. I made a reservation for my family to stay in the penthouse, to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We arrive at the building and front desk staff are unaware of any arrangements. I called the number for the “property owner” and get voicemail which directs me to call another number. That number goes to voicemail for a Ms. Jacobs, who then texts me “hello???” after I made several attempts to call her. I asked her about the booking and she was very……

“The property was absolutely gorgeous. All the rooms were very unique. The property was maintained meticulously. Loved all the antiques that were available for sale. The breakfast was amazing and plentiful and simply elegant. Our entire stay was delightful and we would love to return for a longer stay.”
