“Great stay, room was nice and clean. FYI, valet parking only. ”

“优点：1.就在机场出发厅旁边，非常近；2.行李车直接推进房间；3.本来不可以更改日期的，不过沟通后直接帮我更改了。 缺点：1.酒店只有一个餐厅提供堂食，不能打包，堂食区桌子有点密；除了这个餐厅就只能叫ROOM SERVICE；机场控制区外没有其它餐饮；2.两个小时内打了三次电话叫瓶装水都没送上来，第二次居然来了一辆轮椅，搞不懂bottled water和 wheelchair为啥可以等同。”

“Strong smell of air freshener as you walk into the lobby. I stay here often and I typically have to hold my breath as I walk through the lobby because it is so strong. Additionally, the showers intermittently put out scolding hot water without notice. This could be dangerous for children”

“It is my 2nd time staying in this hotel. Absolutely the best accormodation in Birmingham! The staff are nice and the room are clean.”

“We were unfortunately in a car accident that totaled our truck and upon arrival had learned we were randomly selected for a room upgrade, I have never been more thankful, appreciated and appreciative of the amazing staff, facility and room! We were decompressed in the gorgeous ambassadors suite in the tub and on the balcony. It was a dream come true for a young couple who were on their way to Friendsgiving on a weekend away from our 3 year old! Thank you so very much for the experience and we……
