“My first time staying at the W in Hollywood. What an absolute treat. From the moment you walk in the lobby has a great layout. Very open and pleasing on the eyes. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and made me feel excited that I had chosen to stay here. The room was a perfect size, had a Bluetooth speaker as well which was a nice touch. “Overall experience with Palihouse was great. Highly recommended if you are traveling with family. Staff were friendly and helpful, although they have limited people. A bit upset coz the housekeeping kinda went thru our stuff and ditched our shopping bags away (were not even beside the trashcan, we got stuff we wanted inside) ”
