“What happened to the days when drinking glasses were provided in hotel rooms? What are we supposed to drink water out of when in the bathroom? A simple glass goes a long way! Once glasses are removed, maid service needs to be requested when you’re staying for more than one night, etc. it starts to feel not as special as it used to. I know this is direction that many hotels are going in, but I don’t like it.”

“Hotel has gone through a major renovation, and it looks great - clean, bright, updated technology - and a great rooftop bar! Great staff all the way around, VERY friendly. Good restaurant/bar choices in walking distance. Lots of construction in area, so walking disrupted - limited tourist or shopping near hotel, but great for a night out for food and drinks.”
