“My husband and I, along with my in-laws, stayed at the Cozy Cottage for our son’s graduation from IU. It was just as described, nice and cozy, with everything you could possibly think of there for you. We just needed a few groceries and our clothes and that was it! It wasn’t too far of a drive to the University for the graduation, about 45 min. There is a plaza very close with a grocery store that has everything you could possibly need. “The location of this property is EXCELLENT for downtown Indianapolis. The staff was warm and helpful. The neighborhood is a little sketchy with homeless drug addicts a block away, but the property itself is nice.”
