“I felt very safe through out the hotel. The hotel and valet staff are amazing and extremely accommodating. Hays’s rooms are clean rooms and the food is fantastic. The only thing i would change is to upgrade is the shower heads. 9.5/10 (dang shower heads ;) We will be returning!”

“Very big, i didnt like mandatory valet service for a daily fee even tho it was convenient and staff was super nice. Ours was waved due to disability. Cart rides were available to different areas of the resort. Were we supposed to tip for each cart ride? Great view of golf course except in day carr drove right by our patio. OUR FAULT WE LEFT COURSE SIDE PATIO DOOR UNLOCKED . medicine was stolen while we were gone. No cameras. All other area were excellent. Pool was awesome, huge, windes……

“There was no room for us when we arrived. We did try and contact them days before but got no answers b how to check in. The outside of the bldg. Is worn down. Think we were better off not staying there.”

“We had a great two week stay at this house. James was a very responsive host. We had a couple of glitches that were promptly attended to. The view was great; both the inside and the outside offered activities that truly allowed us to relax. We kayaked, we fished, we played cards, we did several puzzles and best of all, we relaxed. Plenty of space to hang together and also have time to ourselves. ”
