“Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. ”

“Beautiful place and location, spacious, clean and quiet! I was able to contact the property easily to answer questions, would love to stay again! They only supply enough toilet paper for the first 24 hours so be sure to grab more, and if you want to get a late checkout/etc be sure to give them plenty of days to schedule it with their cleaning services. It was nice to have the beach chairs and umbrellas available too through their beach services, and our 3 year old loved the pool!”

“The house is exactly as described and my group had a great time. There were 5 couples staying at the house and everyone was very comfortable with their own rooms and bathrooms. The living room had enough seating for everyone to hang out as well. It would probably be a little small to have everyone in the same living room with a larger group but there are multiple living areas. The only negatives were there were no cleaning supplies and limited on things like paper towels so it was difficult to……

“The property was well maintained. The security guard who checked me in after hours was very nice and he explained everything to me. My grandchildren and I love the pool so much. They did not want to go to the beach. Everything you need is right there on property. I will definitely stay again.”

“The condo itself and the location was beautiful! The beach is gorgeous. But not enough restaurants and bars near by. Destin is cold! Next time we have to go farther south because we went for time out from cold michigan winter/spring and Destin is best in summer. Otherwise, we would have re- booked for next year, and for a longer time. ”
