“This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers.”

“The front desk manager Benjamin was extremely helpful, polite and delightful. The concierge was spot on with recommending a spa and his follow through impeccable. The cleaning staff were cordial and thorough. The engineer was swift and very capable of fixing our door lock which malfunctioned. The front desk women seemed very timid, cowed and unable to stretch beyond rules that they perceived as rigid.”
