The neighborhood is not complete so the area is very quiet with the exception of the occasional yard work and construction. The bungalow is well kept with three smart tvs (living room & bedrooms), small backyard, with back and front patio areas that can be used for seating, linens and enough cookware to make a few meals during a short stay.
