“Check in was smooth and friendly ”

“Very clean green grounds, beautiful buildings, nicely decorated rooms. Mattress and pillows in the room were softer to our liking.”

“Although a beautiful property, they did not serve lunch or dinner on two of the nights we were there and there were no restaurants open other than going to Ithaca (Monday and Tuesday). They did have a continental breakfast.”

“Had a wonderful and relaxing evening and breakfast at Sutherland. Very much enjoyed the group setting for breakfast and meeting the other guests. The cook did a really great job rearranging to accommodate a couple that accidentally forgot to book breakfast and the meal was delicious. We love the Canandaigua area for a quick “day and a half trip” and will absolutely stay here again.”
