“Everything was just...."almost". Almost close to being great but falling short. The front desk was probably the best part of the experience but that was part of the problem in the fact that what the resort promises is not what the resort delivers. It was supposed to be a dream weekend for the two of us but I was left a bit disappointed in how the concierge took care of us. If I had a special occasion and needed the important details to be taken care of, I WOULD NOT select the Grove Park and Inn……

“The building is really cool. Perfect location, close to everything. Hotel had great bars and restaurant. Awesome coffee bar and they even leave you a breakfast picnic basket at your door for free! Everything was top notch and would definitely stay here again.”

“We were there with friends from the UK on a little tour. Did not want a hotel experience and The Beaufort House fit the bill perfectly! The staff was always available, well informed in the goings on in town, Biltmore Estate and dining recommendations etc. This all made for a most enjoyable excursion to the Great Smokey mountains of N.C.”

“We were in town for Maggie Valleys big truck show, for our 12th year in a row & we had an issue with another cabin company double booking our stay & it getting canceled last minute. So we had to end up getting a place to stay further away as everything was booked up. We were a little nervous as we're not the golfing type and look a little rough to people because of our tattoos. But everyone was so pleasantly nice and welcoming here. We ended up staying at the Robin & wow, what a beautiful……
