“This is a very nice mid-range hotel. Everything was great. Room overlooked the roof of part of the building so, negligible, but it was big, cleanly, sunny and well-appointed.”

“The room was located in an old victorian home. It was very cool. The only uncool part of the stay was sweet ants in the bathroom sink.”

“We've looked at visiting this property for over a year, we finally decided to reserve a room. Let me say we were very pleased. It's very clean, quiet, great staff, breakfast was delicious, and the view of the Indian River was exactly what we wanted. The only thing I would change on our next visit is the room. Because I'm a light sleeper, the room on the first floor would not be my choice, due to it being to close to the kitchen and foye. The light shining through the window from the porch light……

“This house is brimming with style and comfort. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this luxurious and historical home. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing both mornings. They catered to my food allergies, and were eager to accommodate. Our room "The Henry" was spacious and the bed was SO comfortable that I did not want to wake up! This home is located on a street lined with idyllic Victorian estates and overlooks the beautiful river. The grounds were quite spacious……

“There are actually so many nice things to say about this place. The host is super kind and always available. The place is beautifully decorated with everything you might need even an iron hair dryer. I am very sensitive to scented items and there are no harsh chemicals or scents. Even the soaps and lotions she provides are not overly scented. I was surprised to learn there was a cleaning fee but it’s only $25 which seems fair. Your stay here will inspire you to consider building your own tiny……
