“This complex is HUGE! it is separated by neighborhoods with their own restaurant, pool and fitness center. And you are free to walk or drive to use any of them. The pictures of the unit were deceiving, it was much bigger and nicer than the pictures showed. We arrived aver a long day at Disney and the check in process was excellent! We were so tired and they were so nice!”

“酒店说有接送的bus到那边完全没有bus接送！酒店清洁度也不够！每天都没过来清洁垃圾！以及加用品！！而且他们的早餐还收费！住过这么多酒店都没收费的！再也不会选择这家酒店了！体验感很差”

“We had a little bit of a problem on our last night of staying with hearing the cables of the elevator. I suggest getting a room far away from the elevators as possible. Be prepared to pay as much as the hotel when you stay. You're paying a very high price for everything. All in all, the food was great. The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable about everything. Can get a cheaper hotel with better rooms. The room service was great though. ”

“This was the most beautiful, clean, luxurious experience I have had at a resort. Me and my family were very impressed with how beautiful & clean the property was. We loved the amenities it had to offer, the outdoor areas, and water slides. We literally enjoyed the resort so much we had no reason to leave except for exploring the area. We had not one single complaint. The staff were friendly. We will definitely stay again. This place is a gem that we want to keep a secret. ”

“房間很寬敞，設備齊全，出乎意料有兩間浴室，我們住宿了十晚，整體而言經驗很不錯，是個很適合度假的地方，也可以透過簡訊隨時跟飯店溝通需求跟反應問題。飯店內有很多有休閒設施可以使用，像是有簡單滑水道的游泳池、踏板船、腳踏車、健身房等等，很不錯。 缺點有兩項：我們是因為有提供環球影城和迪士尼接駁而住這邊，接駁車雖說是免費但其實包含在每天25美金（稅前）的設施使用費內。另外，接駁車是跟第三方合作，途中會接很多飯店的遊客，這間飯店距離較遠，所以需要比較早起床，比較晚回來，而且我們旅途期間還發生一次不愉快經歷：接駁車遲到一小時，回到飯店已經凌晨。建議大家如果為了接駁車選擇這家可以再考慮。 另外，房間是每隔幾天打掃一次，但是打掃人員有點粗心。我們房間內跟門口出現了一整包的毛巾，房間內的地板也沒有打掃乾淨。”
