“I was expecting more from the room accommodations, because of the price. The restaurant was very nice with excellent service. Pricey as to be expected. However, the room was really dated and mediocre. Almost had a dingy feel. It had two landline phones, one even in the bathroom (lol), and neither worked. I drove around to 3 different locations to find ice, bc 2 out of the 3 machines were broken. The only reason I’d stay here again is if I got a really good deal. The rooms really need some……

“Always a great place to stay. Very convenient. Took away a star this year for a very grumpy, unfriendly employee in the coffee shop. Otherwise, staff is always very pleasant and professional. Nice touch with the roses being given away to mothers for Mother's Day.”

“Michelle. The front desk lady who took care of us was amazing. We would go back to that hotel just for her. Even the bar tenders were very nice. We had a blast. Even for just a night. ”

“The cottage was much worse than the photos. The online photos are of more expensive or updated suites or are taken to deceive. The beds are excellent. The two units we saw are otherwise very dated. Clean but in need of replacement except the beds. The internet is not wired, so it's slow, drops often and has no security. The TV is so old you can't stream or connect HDMI, so it's just commercial cable, and it doesn't swivel. Not the end of the world, but in a resort room in the evening it's crazy……

“Loved staying in this house. It is very convenient to Jamestown, Williamsburg, and Yorktown. Loved the pool table, the kitchen, and the dining area especially. Thank you!”
