“Parking in the ramp is $40 a night but there is a big open lot to the right of the hotel that may be free. Lobby is beautiful and clean, Starbucks is a plus and opens at 6am. TV’s are huge in the rooms, the bed is very bouncy but extremely comfortable. I like how the living room is separate from bedroom. Bathroom is connected to bedroom and living room. Overall I would stay here every time I come to the O’Hare area.”

“Saturday afternoon pool was busy with families. They have a time for adults 10 - 11pm. I had the gym and pool to myself in the mornings. Gym was open 24/7 and the pool opened at 6 am.”

“The staff was wonderful. The cookies fantastic. I have stayed all over the world but I have never found a cleaner room in my entire life. The scent of freshly washed linen hits you as soon as you walk in the room it's fantastic. The shower and bathroom were impeccably clean. The lovely man who worked front desk was so nice we adored the service. The area around the property doesn't have great transportation but we stayed there because they have a free airport shuttle and the driver at 4 am was……

“The staff are very enthusiastic, and both the bar and the restaurant are quite good. However, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, so the sound of the subway outside is very clear. Additionally, the noise from the heating in the room is also quite loud. ”
