“First time here and the area is unique and we really enjoyed it. Walking out of the hotel and being surrounded by shops and restaurants and no cars was a treat. Great dining options. “Had a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay, the weather was on and off so we had stayed in the room and it was very comfy, comes with kitchen and kitchenware and all other bells and whistles. Bed was super comfy as well. Beach access is available via the Beach club and the pool is also amazing! Perfect stay for couples and families! Worth the every dollar! The staff were very hospitable as well!”

“We liked our unit at Mistral. The location right on the Gulf of Mexico was beautiful. We enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony every morning. There were sometimes discrepancies between the guidebook we were sent digitally and the print book in the unit. The print book gave us one password for Wi-Fi, but another paper on the credenza gave a different password, which was the correct one. Just small stuff like that. Cell signal was not great. “The property offered ample space and looked exactly like the pictures online! We so appreciate the golf cart that was available to use along with the beach chairs/umbrella, kids toys, and outdoor games. The house was very clean - the only thing we noticed was the coffee maker was not clean when we arrived (there were still grinds in the coffee maker). There are a few improvements that could be suggested to improve the guest experience - - Beach towels for guests to use - Hooks in the laundry……

“Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. “DO NOT STAY HERE. FALSE ADVERTISING!! The property management company told us upon arriving that we had to bring our own garbage bags, there were barely any toiletries and we were promised bicylces and the code to unlock them never worked. The 2nd day the smoke alarm went off in the morning for no reason and we had to leave for the entire day since the decibels were so high we couldnt stay in apartment. “The property was OK, but definitely not worth the money. Upon arriving, we had issues with an alarm going off every time a door was open. There was also chirping noises from smoke detectors needing to go off. The worst thing was that the owner felt that it was OK to give the code to a random person to tour the property while we were renting it. My children were by themselves at the time while I was at the store and it was very unsafe. The golf cart had issues where the gas gage said it was full……
