“Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”

“We loved everything and everyone. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. We weill definitely be back. I loved the inviting music once we entered our room. We we felt so safe and like a part of your family. Keep doing what you do. I cant say enough on how lovely the staff was and how clean the hotel was. I felt very safe in the parking lot, the gentleman for the parking were always so welcoming and friendly. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay there a memorable one.🙏💕”

“The service, room, and lounge were excellent. While arriving to the hotel late at night, it was difficult to identify which door to enter from the parking lot. I recommend attention to that entrance and the area surrounding it. ”

“Quiet room and well maintained. Heat/AC easy to use. Kind of a small room but it worked. Didnt care too much about the valet parking which made it a bit harder to access my car. The valet's did a great job tho. The shower has no door and gets the bathroom floor wet when showering. ”
