“We booked a Resort View Studio 2 Queen Beds room, that had a description of "Brand New" and the room definitely was not! Closet doors were falling off, rust throughout the trim, furniture falling apart, etc. There was wiring, no clue what it was used for, just dangling in the closet. They moved us to another room and while the dresser was still falling apart, it was much better.”

“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!”

“We loved the location - close to restaurants, shops & on the beach. Housekeeping was so kind and great. The waitstaff by the pool was great! The waitstaff at the restaurant which overlooks the beach wasn’t. The restaurant manager was great. ”

“Our check in was just the beginning of a fantastic week. We arrived just a few days after my wife lost her job of 33 years. Although retirement was in her future, that was a great place kick back, relax and go thru all the mental trauma a job loss can bring on. From the moment we pulled up the driveway, we were immediately directed to the lobby for check in. Our bags were collected and were sent to our room as soon as we had received our room number.
