We had some hang ups that seemed to be easy fixes but it just kept getting passed to the next person and every time I would bring the issues to someone they would say “oh that’s unacceptable, go speak to *someone else*”. My biggest complaint is feeling gaslit over getting the wrong room. I paid for a delux room and was given a premium, or maybe the other way around.
