“Good location, nice & relaxing lobby and court yard. Upon check in great customer service— we proceeded to our room (on the 6 floor) as we heard loud noise from car speakers & looked out the window only to notice we “DID NOT” receive the River view as stated on the reservation. Husband later went to the front desk was issued another room on the 14th floor still NOT the view we were expecting or had paid for —- did not have the time to go back down stairs so we prayed hopefully it will be a……

“Such a great place to stay. The staff was top notch. So friendly and willing to help out as needed. Always a smiling face as we were coming and going. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the pool but we did have a fantastic burger in the restaurant. This is our go to hotel going forward. ”

“This was my second stay at the NOPSI, and the hotel is great. Clean and safe, and staff are welcoming and nice. My only complaint this stay was something that was possibly out of their control, but worth mentioning. I called the day before my check in to see about the process with an early check in, since our flight was an early arrival. The young lady stated the earliest they could checkin was 11am and it is first come first serve, you have to be on property to request it, yet she was going to……
