“This was our third visit to The Baobab, and we thoroughly enjoyed our week there. The only drawback for us is that the dining choices were very heavy on Indian and local cuisine with not many other options. “Great place to stay. I liked the food and the staff, very friendly. However, the local vendors can be a little aggressive and intimidating. They had events nightly on the resort so really no need to leave resort. Ran into some minor issue with Wi-Fi and room selections. Overall I would definitely return, minus the bees and flies. ”

“(1) We were disappointed with the airport pick-up service we booked several weeks in advance, which never materialised, especially as we had been travelling internationally for the preceeding 3 days. Thankfully a local taxi person helped us out - we hope he was paid what we were charged. (2) We recommend Serena offers an 'all inclusive' option. “We stayed at the resort for 9 days. I really only have positiv things to say about it. The room was beautifull and spacious, with a nice bathroom. The premises are very greek-style gorgeous. The beach is better than at DIani because you are shelteres from the swell. There is always security at our part of the beach, so you can leave valuebales while swimming. The staff is very friendly and profesional. The italian manager was always around. Very friendly and easy to talk to if you have feedback……

“This resort was the most Magical and Peaceful place I've ever stayed. The staff deserves a raise because of how attentive and nice they were. The breakfast was so delicious and there was endless options to choose from. I enjoyed my stay so much I didn't want to leave the property. The only suggestion I would have is to offer dessert on their menu. But I would recommend Tombo House to anyway who wants to enjoy nature and wants to get away from the boring ambience of chain hotels.”
