“Lamu House is a lovely historic hotel right on the harbor front - top floor bedrooms facing the water are the best with cooling breezes. The staff could not be friendlier and the restaurant is tasty and popular. If you want an authentic experience of Lamu the town, this is the place . It is not a luxury resort type establishment like the ones out of town. ”

“This resort is located on one of the best beaches in Watamu. The staff is fantastic. Janet accommodated our late check-out and went above and beyond when our AC wasn’t working. We will definitely be coming back”

Agnes, the manager was especially kind and supportive when our bag was temporarily lost at the airport. “Die Unterkunft ist etwas versteckt in der Nähe eines Waldes. Für uns perfekt, weil es ruhig und sehr grün war. Der Strand ist Fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden das Tombo House jederzeit empfehlen!”
